Caroline is a seasoned professional and senior sustainability advisor at Ethos, where she leads complex client engagements and project management across sectors — from finance and manufacturing to logistics and consumer goods. She specialises in guiding companies through the full sustainability journey: from double materiality and regulatory compliance to value-driven strategy development and operational implementation.
Her work includes translating complex EU regulations into strategic focus areas, building governance and accountability frameworks, and enabling measurable progress through clear KPIs and change management. Caroline works closely with executive teams, delivering training and helping embed sustainability as a driver of long-term business value.
Before joining Ethos, Caroline worked for 8+ years in finance and operational excellence, giving her a unique ability to connect sustainability strategy with financial performance to drive of long-term business value. She holds a BA in Business & Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, and additional certifications from Harvard Business School and Bocconi University.
