Ann-Charlott Pahl
Ann-Charlott is a sustainability professional with a specialised focus on harvesting the potential of data in driving sustainability. Her experience includes coordinating and verifying over 15 ESG data collections, identifying strategic sustainability-related risks and opportunities through conducting materiality assessments and gap analyses, and supporting clients with carbon calculations and target setting.
Bringing cross-sector expertise from digital services, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, advertising and entertainment, Ann-Charlott combines strong technical skill with industry insight to help clients navigate the sustainability landscape and reporting requirements. As a certified AA1000 sustainability assurance practitioner, she is experienced in auditing sustainability data in accordance with the AA1000 Assurance Standard and delivering Letters of Assurance validating the quality of data.
Before joining Ethos in 2023, Ann-Charlott gained experience through working at the intersection of academia and consulting, combining theoretical research with practical business insights. She holds an MSc in Economics with a specialisation in Applied Economic Analysis from Stockholm School of Economics and a Master's in International Management from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
