Jennifer Rydberg
Jennifer is a Senior Advisor and Manger, with 6+ years of experience from the financial industry, consulting, and project management. Jennifer focuses mainly on private equity, investment firms, fund companies and banks, but also have experience from the defence industry and real estate. A majority of Jennifer’s projects have focused on EU regulations such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy and SFDR. In addition, Jennifer has led projects focused on sustainability strategy, goal setting and developing frameworks for sustainable investments.
Jennifer has experience from driving complex projects at global, listed firms involving a variety of stakeholders – from Board to operational teams. As part of this work, Jennifer has conducted several trainings. In addition to projects, Jennifer has participated in and moderated panels on sustainable finance, among these two at Almedalen in Sweden. At Ethos, Jennifer has managerial responsibility for three consultants.
