Ida possesses experience relevant to the insurance sector, including knowledge about Länsförsäkringar as a former employer. Ida started as a Summer Academic focusing on sustainability, as a part of the Business area Reinsurance and Speciality. Assignments during that period included performing benchmarks, going through industry initiatives (e.g. Principles for Sustainable Insurance), drafting content for workshops and trainings, as well as presenting findings from such assignments to the division. When the summer ended, Ida continued to support her closest manager with administration alongside her studies.
