Malin Lindfors Speace is the founder and CEO of Ethos. With a career spanning back to the mid-1990s, Malin has developed extensive expertise in areas such as human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption. She was also a co-founder of the street magazine Situation Sthlm, demonstrating early on her commitment to social impact and innovative solutions.
Through Ethos, Malin leads efforts to help companies integrate sustainability into their core business strategies, governance, and reporting. Her work includes supplier audits, ESG due diligence, and advising boards and executive teams globally. Under her leadership, Ethos has received multiple awards for its sustainability work, and Malin herself has been recognised as “Female Gazelle of the Year” by Dagens Industri for her exemplary entrepreneurship and leadership in sustainability.
