Lucy is a sustainability professional with 6 years of consultancy experience in London.
Lucy began her sustainability career and developed deep expertise in applying the GHG Protocol to calculate complex emissions footprints—particularly Scope 3—for a range of companies across diverse sectors.
Prior to joining Ethos in February 2025, Lucy acted as Technical Lead for Supplier Engagement and Decarbonisation in Accenture’s Sustainability Hub in London. In this role, Lucy led a team of 4 consultants and provided subject matter expertise to develop a supplier engagement platform, working across multiple teams to improve functionality and UX.
Lucy also acted as GHG Emissions Baseline lead for Accenture’s own Supplier Engagement and Decarbonisation Programme, leading a team of 2 UK-based consultants and 8 offshore consultants in India. The team successfully completed 15 emissions baselines for Accenture’s key suppliers in 2024, ready for them to set SBTs.
Lucy has extensive experience with client stakeholder engagement with ESG teams, C-suite executives, and Board members by providing training on the prevailing Net Zero requirements and terminology.
