Melina Hägerö
Melina is a Sustainability Associate specializing in social sustainability, with expertise in human rights, labour rights, and their intersection with business. At Ethos, she works on a diverse range of projects, including double materiality assessments, CSRD reporting, board training materials, policy development, and human rights risk assessments.
Before joining Ethos, Melina worked with sustainability and social questions in the public sector. Through her internship at Sustainable Public Procurement, she gained insight into how municipalities in Sweden and internationally set sustainability requirements in procurement, conduct follow-ups, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
