Amanda Hagberg is a senior advisor with broad cross-industry expertise spanning steel manufacturing, cloud and IT, retail and textiles, gaming, medtech, and technology. She brings a strategic approach, helping clients embed sustainability into core business operations, align with evolving regulatory frameworks, and create long-term value. Amanda often becomes the bridge between experts and generalists with a strong business mindset.
Amanda has led key sustainability initiatives, including double materiality assessments, gap analyses, peer benchmarking, reporting, strategy and capacity building programs. Amanda has been working closely with executive teams, committees and boards to translate complex sustainability requirements to understandable strategies. She is also a certified SA8000 auditor.
Beyond her client-facing work, Amanda has played a central role in building the Ethos brand, including responsibility for internal and external communication, including events, webinars, thought leadership and articles. She also holds responsibility for shaping the company’s organisational development, driving people initiatives, establishing foundational processes, and creating scalable structures to support the sustainable growth of Ethos.
