Raghavan Vettiyattil
Raghavan is a sustainability and ESG data specialist at Ethos, where he plays a key role in designing and managing ESG data collection processes on Atlas, a platform owned by Ethos. He bridges the gap between sustainability and data by developing detailed data questionnaires aligned with different sustainability frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and high data quality across large corporate structures and subsidiaries. Raghavan also coordinates project leads and client data teams to support seamless reporting workflows.
With a strong focus on ESG reporting and analytics, Raghavan brings advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and a detail-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality insights for both internal and external stakeholders. His role is very crucial in the ESG data collection and verification through Atlas.
Before joining Ethos, Raghavan worked as a Sustainability Intern at EQT AB, where he analysed ESG data from 100+ portfolio companies and contributed to reporting under the EDCI framework and internal emissions tracking from business travel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Energy Management, equipping him with the technical and strategic foundation to work at the intersection of sustainability, data, and business performance.
