Elevating Your Double Materiality Assessment: Ensuring Strategic Relevance in a Shifting Landscape!

After a turbulent 2025 with a variety of geopolitical, regulatory and market events, the external sustainability context has shifted for many companies. The view of investors, regulators, customers, workers and other stakeholders may have shifted, and global value chains look differently. Simultaneously, many companies have grown, been restructured and pivoted business models.

This means that material sustainability topics may have shifted and it is high time for a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) review!

On March 25th, we’ll discuss:

  • Efficient ways of conducting a DMA review

  • DMAs specifically for financial companies

  • When to utilise a ‘top down’ vs ‘bottom up’ DMA approach

  • How to make sure the DMA enables strategic sustainability work

Who’s it for?

Professionals within corporate sustainability, finance, or operations at PE/VC firms, banks, and asset management as well as professionals at such firms supporting portfolio companies in sustainability.

When: 25 March, 8.30-10.00 (Breakfast from 8.30)

Where: Ethos office, Kommendörsgatan 30, Stockholm.
