Human Rights Impact Assessment
Guest: Vanessa Söderberg, Sustainability Director at Intrum
In this session, we will focus on how companies can work in practice to respect human rights. Joining us is Vanessa Söderberg from Intrum, a market leading credit management company, who will tell us about how Intrum has worked to implement human rights due diligence in business operations. In particular, Vanessa will go through the method and results of the human rights impact assessment carried out together with Ethos, and share lessons learned along the way.

Diversity & Inclusion
Guest: Christin Hertzberg, Head of ESG, Catella
Besides minimizing the risk of backlash from income inequalities, DEI strategies are great business opportunities for companies. You get to expand your board, executive, and staff talent pool to conquer new markets and strengthen existing one while also helping the communities you operate in progress and tackle inequalities. But how does DEI policy move from good intention to active implementation? What are the hurdles Swedish companies facing when implementing a DEI strategy, and how are some of them overcoming these challenges? Join this 30 minute session featuring Ethos´DEI strategist Dimitry Léger in conversation with the human resources director of Catella as they unpack Catella´s sustainable DEI goals and challenges.

Assess and optimise EU taxonomy alignment
Just like Linnaeus classification system for flora and fauna revolutionised the sciences, the EU Taxonomy's classification of what can be considered a "green, sustainable investment" is revolutionising ESG and impact investing.
Join us to discuss how you as a company or financial actor can assess your taxonomy alignment by reviewing which economic activities within your organisation or fund are covered by the EU taxonomy, whether or not those economic activities are substantially contributing to an environmental objective, not doing harm, and fulfilling minimum safeguards in relation to human rights and corruption.
